How the DNA testing
Order your paternity, maternity, or kinship test online or by contacting us for assistance. Collection kits are sent in discreet packaging via Australia Post. Orders received on a weekend or after 12pm on a weekday (Brisbane time) will be sent the next business day.
Have your samples collected, either at home (for at home testing) or by your medical professional (for legally admissible testing), and return the samples to us in the supplied reply paid envelope.
Once all samples are received at the lab, we perform our analysis, and issue your results within 5 business days, or within 2 business days if you choose the Express Testing option (providing the samples are of good quality and additional testing is not required).

Legal DNA Testing Experts
Legal DNA testing is performed in accordance with the Family Law Act 1975 with the results admissible in a range of relevant legal matters in the Family Law Court of Australia including proving or disproving parentage in child custody, child support, and other parenting disputes – in addition to proceedings related to birth certificates, immigration, surrogacy & estates.
Accredited DNA maternity or paternity testing is done via our mouth swab sample collection kit. This must be conducted by a pathology collector, doctor, or other medical professionals, who will confirm each party’s identity and then seal the DNA samples in a tamper-proof bag to ensure the chain of custody.
